Made in the prosecco-style, the Bollicine is a transfer-method sparkling wine with minimal tirage age for a youthful and playful bubbly. Each component of the base wine is separately fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged on lees for 6 months before being blended and put into tirage. This wine was en tirage for 5 months and then disgorged, sterile filtered under pressure, and a dosage of 1.0 g/L was added before the final cork-finish.
