Behind the Barrel: Pinot, Chardonnay, and the Art of Oak
Ever wonder how a barrel shapes your favorite wine? We’ll sample from 9 different barrels to understand the impact of oak, toast, and barrel age on Burgundian varieties. To finish, we'll compare the results with the final blended product from the previous vintage to see the magic of careful selection in action.

Tickets are limited.
We will provide French bread & gluten free crackers as a palate cleanser.
Dressing in layers and wearing warm and comfortable shoes is recommended.
